it will have no health problems if he is feed the right food and gets seen by a vet. he will have some breed related problems once he gets older like 6+ years
by the way it is "shepherd" not shepard

I agree with Rachel-PitPolice-Spay the Humans a 100%
"Runt'" essentially means the pup is undersized….smaller than the rest of the litter, or smaller than the average for it's breed. Being the runt of the litter doesn't mean that the dog will definately have health issues, but it could. Considering it's a mix, and therefore not properly bred for stable body structure, you can't be sure.
A runt in a litter is one that is smaller than the rest of the pups in the litter, right from when they are born. It does not mean that it will have any health problems, they usually don't have any health problems it's just that while the mother is pregnant the one that turns out to be a runt is just getting less nutrients sent to it through its umbilical cord, just make sure that it is eating and drinking properly and acting normal.
no, my dog id the runt of the litter. actually, being the runt will help them learn to stand up to bigger dogs, and not be the shy, one in the corner. they are generally just like the regular dogs, just that they may be harder to train to be the underdog, since they learned to be the tough one in the group.
overall, unless they were runts because of malnutrition, or a problem in the womb, it should be fine.
good luck with the new member of the family!
runts are usually the smallest puppies in the litter. Their size usually stems from bad genetics, not getting enough food in the womb or the other puppies not letting it feed while on the mother.
Runts sometimes grow normal size as adults, sometimes stay small or are just 'sickly' weak dogs all their lives.
feed it a very good dry food (no wheat in the dry food please it causes skin problems) and raw meaty bones like meat scraps, chicken frames, chicken wings etc. Make sure it is vaccinated please.
A runt in a puppy litter is just the smallest puppy in the litter.
It may have a few health problems depends……Im not so sure you should look it up
