It could be a reaction to the antibiotics they gave you on top of having a body traumatic surgery a few days ago. It's normal for dogs to have diarrhea the first couple days. but vomiting and coughing is not typically a normal reaction.Check her nose if it's hot then she's more than likely running a temperature and then yes i'd take her in.
She could have acquired kennel cough or some other infection being so fragile from surgery.
I would call your vet for advice first because that's free. and whatever they say i would go from there.

If you are concerned you should be speaking to a vet and not a bunch of strangers on the net.

Get her to the vet. It could be a spreading infection, considering she was fixed.

you're best bet is the vet. it could be a reaction of some sort if she is just healing…

dogs can get colds.. usually does not involve puking though

Well, it's possible she has some tracheal irritation from the anesthesia.

Call your vet, explain the symptoms, they might be able to clear it up for you and a phone call is free.

Having a dog fixed rarely resits in any reactions but l suspect she may have caught a cross infection either at the vet or your place and would take it to the vet so yu take no chances.Hopefully your pup has had all inoculations including kennel cough?if so rule all that out.its like going to the hospital that's where all the germs are so that might be your point of origin.Ring the vet explain and make an appointment

Kennel cough could explain the coughing and sneezing, but the puking im not sure about i would call and ask your vet.
